1. THE NATIONAL COORDINATOR

THE National Coordinator is responsible to the Board of Governors and responsible for all Staff, House Fellowship Leaders and members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House Fellowship Unit.
Job description:

  1. Provides professional leadership and management for the RCCG House Fellowship Unit
  2. Provides provision, leadership and direction for the Unit and ensures that it is managed and organized to  meet her goals, objectives and targets
  3. Evaluates the Unit's performance to identify the priorities for continuous improvement
  4.   Raises standards and ensures loyalties.
  5. Ensures equal opportunities for all
  6. Develops policies and practices
  7. Ensures that resources are efficiently and effectively used to achieve the Unit's aims and objectives
  8.   Liaises with the Board of Governors in the recruitment and selection of administrative and support staff
  9. Secures the commitment of the wider community to the RCCG House Fellowship Unit by developing and maintain effective partnerships with other Units and Departments in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
  10. Collaborates with others to raise standards locally and internationally
  11. Drawing on the support provided by members of the House Fellowship family, the National Coordinator is responsible for creating a productive care and mentoring environment, in all House Fellowship Centers Worldwide which is engaging and fulfilling for all leaders and members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God House Fellowship Unit.

2. THE ASSISTANT NATIONAL COORDINATOR

THE Assistant National Coordinator is responsible to the National Coordinator and responsible for all Staff, House Fellowship Leaders and members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House Fellowship Unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Provides professional assistance to the National Coordinator in leadership and management of the the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House Fellowship Unit.
  2. Assists the National Coordinator to manage, develop, inspire and motivate House Fellowship Coordinators, Leaders and Members
  3. Responsible for the pastoral care and administration of the Unit commensurate with the aptitude and interest of leaders and members.
  4. Manages effectively the deployment and performance of all staff, ensuring that the requirements for performance management are fully in place.
  5. Working in collaboration and through others, maximizes the contribution achieved by the RCCG House Fellowship Unit.
  6. Creates and maintains good working relationship among all members of the RCCG House Fellowship Family.

 

3. RESEARCH AND TRAINING COORDINATOR

THE Research and Training Coordinator is responsible to the National Coordinator and responsible for all Staff, House Fellowship Leaders and members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House Fellowship Unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Provides professional assistance to the National Coordinator in monitoring and developing the quality assurance of teaching and learning process of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House Fellowship Unit.
  2. Develops teaching and learning opportunities in the Unit
  3. Oversees the Training Curriculum of the Unit
  4. Ensures that there is an effective and efficient assessment, recording and reporting system of the students' progress
  5. Working in collaboration with and through others encourage the development of curriculum in the context of local, national and international initiatives
  6. Creates and maintains good working relationship among all members of the RCCG House Fellowship Family

 

4.THE RECORD OFFICER

THE Record Officer is responsible to the National Coordinator and responsible for all Staff, House Fellowship Leaders and members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House Fellowship Unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Provides professional assistance to the National Coordinator by ensuring that there is an effective assessment, recording and reporting system of students' progress
  2. Coordinates students' admission, matriculation and graduation
  3. Working in collaboration with and through others, promotes effective managements of students' behavior
  4. Keeps and updates records of House Fellowship Attendance, development and leadership
  5. Maintains up to date record of Church Planting and Soul Winning via House Fellowship System
  6. Creates and maintains good working relationships among members of the House Fellowship Family

 

5.THE FINANCE AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

THE Finance and Marketing Coordinator is responsible to the National Coordinator and responsible for all Staff, House Fellowship Leaders and members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House Fellowship Unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Provides professional assistance to the National Coordinator by managing and monitoring the RCCG House Fellowship projects within the agreed budget.
  2. Sets appropriate priorities for expenditure and allocation of funds
  3. Ensures effective administration and control
  4. Advises the National Coordinator on the formulation of the annual budget
  5. Ensures adherence to financial regulations
  6. Working in collaboration with and through others, monitors and evaluate values for money.
  7. Seeks and secures adequate resources for the Unit
  8. Creates and maintains good working relationships among all members of the House Fellowship Family

 

6. THE TERRITORIAL COORDINATOR

The Territorial Coordinator is responsible to the National Coordinator and responsible for all Staff, House Fellowship Leaders and members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House Fellowship Unit in his or her Territory.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Manages the planning, administrative and budgetary functions of his or    her territory.
  2. Assists the National Coordinator to manage, develop, inspire and motivate House Fellowship Coordinators, Leaders and Members in the Territory
  3. Responsible for the pastoral care and administration of the Unit commensurate with the aptitude and interest of leaders and members in the Territory.
  4. Working in collaboration and through others, maximizes the contribution achieved by the RCCG House Fellowship Unit in the Territory.
  5. Creates and maintains good working relationship among all members of the RCCG House Fellowship Family
  6. Monitors the Zonal Liaison Arrangement of the Unit in his or her territory.

 

7. THE REGIONAL COORDINATOR

The Regional Coordinator is responsible to the National Coordinator and responsible for all Staff, House Fellowship Leaders and members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House Fellowship Unit in his or her Region.

  1. Manages the planning, administrative and budgetary functions of his or her Region.
  2. Assists the National Coordinator to manage, develop, inspire and motivate House Fellowship Coordinators, Leaders and Members in the Region
